The apartments at Fiume & Zannoni were absolutely cozy and comfortable. We immediately felt at home!

Personally, we found the kitchenette a bit small for our liking. But hey, some might still enjoy it!

The location was mind-blowing! We were just a short walk away from the train station and all the popular tourist sites. The nearby food market and restaurants were a super convenient and delicious option for meals. The apartment had easy-to-access wifi and the beds were made up with clean linens. Plus, having a kitchen and laundry facilities was jaw-droppingly helpful for a traveling family on a budget. We were also impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who allowed us to check in early and store our luggage after check out. The value for money was unreal! We were able to explore the city on foot, with plenty of great coffee shops and attractions nearby. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of four and the on-line check-in was a breeze. We had a truly amazing stay!

Location and staff were very good, liked it. Thanks to helpful staff who made our stay a such wonderful experience. Location was favourable, within walking distance of a pedestrianized square. There were good restaurants minute walk from the apartment.

These apartments in Florence's historical center are air-conditioned, which was a relief in the summer heat. We loved having a cool and comfortable space to come back to after exploring the city.

While the apartments had a private bathroom with a bidet, we found it unnecessary and took up some space in the bathroom. But that's just our personal preference.

The location is perfect, as it is close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and all modes of transportation. It is also conveniently located next to a fantastic food market with a variety of restaurants to choose from. there are plenty of shops nearby for any needs or souvenirs.

The stairs to the apartment are uncomfortable and steep, which may be an issue for some guests.

They even met us upon arrival and helped us with our luggage. The location of the apartment was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and most of the attractions. We loved that there were supermarkets nearby, and we made good use of the full kitchen. The view from the second story was a great spot for people-watching, and we enjoyed the live music from the restaurant below. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this place to others.

They loved immersing themselves in the vibrant atmosphere and trying new foods. Plus, the apartment's location was perfect for exploring Florence, with the Duomo just a short walk away. For dads, it would be great to have a small play area or toys for the kids in the apartment.
